Application Process

The 2026-2027 application season is just starting!

Please join us for our Application Meetings on November 6th or November 12th. We will go into all aspects of the application. Sign ups are in the Upcoming Events Tab.

Applicants must read the application directions and other documents listed below. All are in PDF format. You are welcome to fill them out digitally or by hand, all application materials should be submitted digitally. Most forms are available as writable PDFs; please see the Guide to Using Writable PDFs for more information.

  • Proposed Course List Directions
  • Additional École Polytechnique application item (required):
    • French Language Evaluation Form *- print and have completed by French instructor Professor Orcel, must schedule a time to meet with her directly
    • Due with general Study Abroad application items, by Jan 25
    • Assessment grid in French and English for applicant's reference of the rankings

Note for Applicants: Any Humanities courses proposed to take away/abroad, the evaluator you list will be Executive Officer Dehn Gilmore. For any Social Science courses, the evaluator will be Executive Officer Charles Sprenger.
